For this reason, all sales are strictly final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is completed and access to the digital content has been granted.

Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice within a 24-hour period.
Technical failure: There is a proven, unresolved technical issue on our end that permanently prevents you from accessing the purchased content, and our support team is unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.

In these specific cases, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

4. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first violates our Terms and Conditions.
